1/29/10 INDOOR FIELD HOCKEY AT LARKSPUR MIDDLE SCHOOL IS CANCELLED FOR SATURDAY JAN 30TH. WE WILL MAKE UP THIS DAY ON FEBRUARY 27TH.

1/28/10 The VBHL annual “MIDDLE SCHOOL PRE-SEASON TUNE UP“ registration is now being accepted. Open to 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Registration forms are due on or before March 13th, 2010. registration form

Join us for the 2010 “SPRING FLING” tournament on Saturday, March 27th, from 9am-1pm. This tournament is only open to players ages 14 and under. INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON VBHL will also be hosting a summer tournament on July 31st 2010 from 8am-5pm. INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON

Beginning this summer, VBHL will introduce the exciting new “pee wee” field hockey age group for 6-7 year olds. Youth will become 8-10 year olds. Summer league information and registration form

***Reminder to all participants of Virginia Beach hockey; During “SPRING LEAGUE“, phone calls will be made to players by each teams individual coach, in addition to being posted on line. Every other season thereafter, (summer, indoor, fall frenzy, middle school pre-season tuneup) the rosters will be posted on line approximately one week before opening day. We will not be calling individual players unless there is a team change or add on.

New information regarding entrance policy into the National Training Center

Hometown Sports Management now prohibits any outside food or drink. This includes outside coolers brought in for players and teams. There is a concession area available to purchase food and drinks inside the training center. This new policy will be strictly enforced. This is a Hometown Sports Management regulation.

Beach Cornhole League

There’s a NEW LEAGUE in town……BEACH CORNHOLE League. It is affiliated with VBHL as one of our fundraiser groups. It will serve as a FUN new RECREATION for PARENTS, FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS and the Tidewater Community in general. www.VaBeachCornhole.com for info. Pass it on!
