When paying via PayPal, please use the “Special Instructions to Merchant” area to include the following information:

  2. Player’s Age
  3. Player’s School

Those who pay their fees online MUST immediately download, fill out and sign the applicable registration form and waiver and send it & copy of your paid receipt to us in one of the following ways:
